Check out my prezi on this weeks topic of copyright!
Let’s face it, copyright is a pretty serious thing. Copyright pretty much protects artists/creators’ original work. It allows the original content creator to gain all credits and gains from the work. My prezi shall explain what copyright is, when it started and few examples.
There are actually some interesting copyright cases that I’ve researched. For example, take the case from Robin Thicke’s ‘Blurred Lines’ in 2015. Funnily enough, there was even a dispute after Kylie Jenner wanted to trademark her name. We are surrounded by copyright and transgression!

I love the layout of the Prezi you used, it really added to the legal feel of the post by using the boardroom type setting. I also liked the way that you explained a bit about it to start with, short but still effective! I think one thing that would have been worth mentioning somewhere in the Prezi is the case of Disney and how they keep managing to extend their copyright on Mickey Mouse as it really shows how they have control over the whole industry.
Other than that, I’d say it was a very informative post!
